Review of books by Keran Kerai

Here is the book ' How to be a terrorist'
http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00FAATWDG

This book is worth reading if you want to know the dangers of how to be one terrorist attack can make an impact but does not tell you tactics on it. It is good to look at with that price too.

This is 'Random Stories'
http://www.amazon.com/Random-stories-complete-challenge-ebook/dp/B00E8RDMBU/ref=sr_1_3?s=digital-text&ie=UTF8&qid=1379582650&sr=1-3

This book tells stories using a random word generator. It is in the masses a mix between good and bad but the good makes it worth buying and the challenge will make you money rather than losing it. But it is not an easy challenge only really smart people could do it. The price is fair for people to buy.

The book is called 'Meritocracy the idea of government'
http://www.amazon.com/Meritocracy-The-idea-government-ebook/dp/B00D7OM41E/ref=sr_1_2?s=digital-text&ie=UTF8&qid=1379582650&sr=1-2

This is a must read once in a life time book about the way government should be run. It is the dream of a person for 3 years to create a fair system that helps the people. It tell of the future and past combined into the fault and power one can have.

Aliens day out
http://www.amazon.com/Aliens-day-Keran-Kerai-ebook/dp/B00CXB15T4/ref=sr_1_5?s=digital-text&ie=UTF8&qid=1379582650&sr=1-5

This is fun to see for all the family built on the high way of an alien seeing the world we live in if he came here to see it. It might be true on how it happens in life. If this was true it would to even funnier. Most buy for all ages.

Obama why he has failed? second time got a chance to fix it

During his re-election campaign, President Barack Obama repeated many promises he first made in 2008. But he also made a few new ones.

End the war in Afghanistan in 2014 good
Cut another $1 trillion to $1.5 trillion in spending  failed in the past to do this
Create a Secretary of Business and consolidate nine government agencies on business into one good
Lead the world in college graduates by 2020 going down
Cut the growth of college tuition and fees in half over the next 10 years |  failing
Reduce federal aid to colleges that don't keep costs down |  good
Offer states waivers to No Child Left Behind if they meet requirements |   no change to bushes one
Extend the American Opportunity Tax Credit |  good
Set a standard for utility companies that 80 percent of the nation's electricity comes from clean sources by 2035 |  good but will not happen
Help victims of super storm Sandy 'rebuild their lives' |  should of started earlier
Make sure Iran does not get a nuclear weapon |  unreal as usa as to give up there.
Double American exports over the next five years |  hard as china does too much
Create 1 million new manufacturing jobs by the end of 2016 |  promiced and failed last time
Increase penalities against North Korea if it continues developing nuclear weapons | hard as they do not care
Oppose efforts to privatize Social Security | good
Enact the Buffett rule | good
Overhaul the corporate tax code and reduce the rate for manufacturing companies |  good but he failed that over 4 years
End tax deductions for companies that offshore |  good but hard to enforce
Create a new tax credit for companies that bring jobs to the United States from overseas | good
Create a new trade enforcement unit that will address China's trade practices |  hard as they hold the power
Create a veterans job corps |  wierd
Better enforce gun laws |  keeps saying it but never acts.
Work to renew the assault weapons ban | same old
Fix problems of voter access such as long lines on Election Day and on early voting days long awaited but it look dumb now

His last term rated 4/10.  Alright but not doing the job well enough and reason for USA problems.
Predicted this term 6/10 reason being that he can not get reelected so will be better place to make better decision but deep down looks a leader that really does not care about people in his heart. He only makes it look he does.

corrupt

At first I thought this was funny....Then I realized the awful truth of it. Be sure to read all the way to the end!

Tax his land,
Tax his bed,
Tax the table
At which he's fed.

Tax his work,
Tax his pay,
He works for peanuts
Anyway!

Tax his cow,
Tax his goat,
Tax his pants,
Tax his coat.

Tax his tobacco,
Tax his drink,
Tax him if he
Tries to think.

Tax his car,
Tax his gas,
Find other ways
To tax his ass.

Tax all he has
Then let him know
That you won't be done
Till he has no dough.

When he screams and hollers;
Then tax him some more,
Tax him till
He's good and sore.

Then tax his coffin,
Tax his grave,
Tax the sod in
Which he's laid.

When he's gone,
Do not relax,
It's time to apply
The inheritance tax.

Accounts Receivable Tax
Airline surcharge tax
Airline Fuel Tax
Airport Maintenance Tax
Building Permit Tax
Cigarette Tax
Cooking Tax
Corporate Income Tax
Goods and Services Tax (GST)
Death Tax
Driving Permit Tax
Environmental Tax (Fee)

And Now they want a blooming Carbon Tax!

STILL THINK THIS IS FUNNY?

Not one of these taxes existed 100 years ago, & our nation was one of the most prosperous in the world... We had absolutely no national debt, had a large middle class,a huge manufacturing base, and Mum stayed home to raise the kids.

What in the Hell happened? Could it be the lying parasitic politicians wasting our money?
Oh, and don't forget the relatively new bank charges....
And we all know what we think of Bankers.

I hope this goes around the UK at least 1000 times!!!

YOU can help it get there!

the sick side to britain

In the last 5 years Britain has seen things that have been shocking about this nation. we have:-

United Kingdom parliamentary expenses scandal
  • This was a major political scandal triggered by the leak and subsequent publication by the Telegraph Group in 2009 of expense claims made by members of the United Kingdom Parliament over several years. Public outrage was caused by disclosure of widespread actual and alleged misuse of the permitted allowances and expenses claimed by Members of Parliament, following failed attempts by parliament to prevent disclosure under Freedom of Information legislation. The scandal aroused widespread anger among the UK public against MPs and a loss of confidence in politics. It resulted in a large number of resignations, sackings, de-selections and retirement announcements, together with public apologies and the repayment of expenses. Several members or former members of the House of Commons, and members of the House of Lords, were prosecuted and sentenced to terms of imprisonment. The scandal also created pressure for political reform extending well beyond the issue of expenses and led to the Parliament elected in 2005 being referred to as the 'Rotten Parliament'

The News International phone-hacking scandal
  • This was dubbed "Hackgate", "Rupertgate", or "Murdochgate" by the press — is an ongoing controversy involving the defunct News of the World and other British newspapers published by News International, a subsidiary of News Corporation. Employees of the newspaper were accused of engaging in phone hacking, police bribery, and exercising improper influence in the pursuit of publishing stories. Investigations conducted from 2005–2007 concluded that the paper's phone hacking activities were limited to celebrities, politicians and members of the British Royal Family. In July 2011, it was revealed that the phones of murdered schoolgirl Milly Dowler, relatives of deceased British soldiers, and victims of the 7/7 London bombings were also accessed, resulting in a public outcry against News Corporation and owner Rupert Murdoch. Advertiser boycotts contributed to the closure of the News of the World on 10 July, ending 168 years of publication.Continued public pressure later forced News Corporation to cancel its proposed takeover of the British telecommunications company BSkyB. This sega also took down the police head commistion that lead to the next one..

2011 England riots

  • Between 6 and 10 August 2011, several London boroughs and districts of cities and towns across England suffered widespread rioting, looting and arson where thousands took to the streets.

Hillsborough disaster cover up

  • A compete shift of blame from police and government of the time to fans. over 150 reports were changed after the event.
Banking scandal
  • Changing the rate of libor.  The banking crisis that created a global recession. One still to this date has not had a global recovery.
Coalition scandals
  • Culture Secretary Jeremy Hunt allegedly colluded with News Corporation during their takeover bid for BSkyB, by exchanging ostensibly supportive emails with Frédéric Michel, News Corp’s director of public affairs.
  • Liam Fox was involved in a lobbying scandal after taking his friend Adam Werritty on trips abroad to meetings
  • Dave Cameron selling weopens to gaddafi. Then for gaddafi to then use those weopen against his people. (same as USA giving bin laden weopeon in 1980 that come to haunt them.)

The only light is we as human learn the mistake and each one gets fixed and improved over time but the mistrust will stay for the rest of time, We as the human race need to ensure that people head roll after every one. My personal idea is to give meritocracy a chance to take the place of democracy.

power the real control

We feel the west rules the world.
Actually china is the second richest in the world after USA  by 2015 they will be the richest in the world. some even say china is the most powerful nation. Look at Syria conflict and it shows how much china control the decisions made in the world more and more now. USA and Britain can not send help without china saying yes.
All that is happening in the world is that normally rich nation are become rich again. 300 years India owned 24 % of the world wealth, china 25%. the British then took over by 1850 India had 1% and china 1%. the British 33%. then at the end ww2 USA become the richest. now it is BRICS (Brazil, Russia  India,  China, South Africa  are joining USA, Germany,  France and UK in the economic powers. China is the strongest out of them and the
one that we British will have to trade with more.
China currently own 50% of USA debt. They can therefore control what USA do. China’s emerging elite know there is no prospect that the United States will pay back its debts at anything like their current value. The only way the US can repay its vast borrowings is by debasing the dollar – a process in which China will inevitably be short-changed.
China is rich, and they do work hard, they have to it's not a particularly lenient government. Loo
k for Russia to become very rich in the years to come as they unclassified the fact they have a massive diamond mine with enough diamonds to feed the market for 2000 years. India has the regional power. Brazil too. How do the west compete?
Simple improve education, produce more and do not add up debt the size of Africa.
The lesson is we live in the age of china. It is there century. We need to deal with and improve over time. Economy go in cycles since 1750. Before that the two Asian nations were richer than any other at those times. Even Rome was not as rich.  The lesson is history is on the move again. We need to compete again.
